Foodie Friday ~ Triple Chocolate Cookie Recipe

A while ago I posted a picture of some delicious triple choc chip cookies before they went into the oven to bake and I was asked by a few people to share the recipe. Well, I've finally remembered to post the recipe and am thrilled to be sharing it with you today. These cookies are absolutely delicious straight out of the oven and are just as amazing the next day because they go all soft and chewy.

I'm not sure whether they are double choc, triple choc or even quadruple choc but whatever they are they are decadent, rich and very moreish!

The recipe is an adaptation of one I found at the Donna Hay site.

  2. Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Stir until the chocolate has melted. Set aside.
