These muffins/cupcakes are all over Pinterest so I thought I would give the recipe a try because I am slightly addicted to Nutella....

Have you heard of Kina Grannis? Grannis has been a hit on YouTube for a while now, with her channel receiving almost 100 million views in the past four years but I have only just discovered her amazing talent in the last few weeks. If you are like me are totally oblivious to her charms and talent have a look at this interview she did on the Ellen Degeneres show.



She is here in Australia at the moment and has sold out three Sydney Opera House shows this weekend! What's more amazing is that she was offered a record deal but turned it down! What an incredible young woman!

I hope you enjoy watching the famous jelly bean film clip and listening to this gorgeous song!

The Breakfast Creek Hotel

The Brekkie Creek, as it's affectionately known to the locals, was built in 1889  in the French Renaissance style by a former Lord Mayor of Brisbane, William MacNaughton Galloway. It opened its doors in May 1890 and was an immediate success.
