Fashion Friday and Friday Features!

Welcome friends! Thank you so much for stopping by to visit me in my little corner of the world today.

Today is a wonderful day because at 3:05 we are officially on holidays! We will be having a three week break and I intend to do absolutely nothing...except perhaps sit on my sun drenched deck each morning, drink coffee and eat pancakes!

I am also very excited because I have been planning a very special Christmas holiday for our family this year...we are going to Paris!

I took this picture of the Notre Dame Catholic Cathedral in the fourth arrondissement when we were last in Paris in 2008

So for this week's #FashionFriday post and I have created a Polyvore set all about Paris! It features my very favourite French style icon Audrey Tautou.

Can you tell that I might be just a little bit excited about our trip?

I am also excited for another reason-last Saturday's Say G'Day Linky party was the biggest one yet! 90 sweet bloggers linked up and said G'day! I can't believe it! Thank you so much to every single one of my sweet bloggy friends who joined in. If you haven't checked out the amazing links from last week yet please just click here!

Here are the top five links from last week's party!

Rhonda from A Blissful Spirit linked up a post about her Dream Laundry Room. Isn't it brilliant!

Betsy Speert shared some wonderful ideas about remembering the little details when decorating. Isn't her home divine!

BJ from Sweet Nothings reminded us about the importance of family and shared some beautiful family snaps in honour of Father's day.

Amber from Salt Tree shared some pictures of projects she has been doing in her backyard. Isn't this birdcage planter cute!

Finally, Sarah from Hyacinths for the Soul shared some ideas on how to create a beachy tablescape.

Thank you to everyone who linked up to the Say G'day Party! I truly appreciate your support.

Please come back tomorrow to join me for another Say G'Day Saturday Linky party, a weekly link up for recipes, tutorials, DIY projects, gardening tips, instagram pics, Pinterest Round Up Posts, your linky parties...anything at all!

  17. Bon voyage, 6 months early but how wonderful!! We just farewelled 2 families at school who are taking big trips to Europe, both with 3 daughters each. Sounds amazing. We had a 13 year gap between our honeymoon to Europe & visiting again 2 years ago (might have been the 4 children in the middle) but it was so glorious. Have a blast, love Posie

  18. Hi Natasha, Lucky, lucky you to spend Christmas in Paris. I hope you will post photos of the wonderful Galeries Lafayette dressed up for the holidays. I was lucky enough to visit last October and would so love to be there at Christmas! Happy Pink Saturday. ~Marti
