I have had a great start to the weekend by waking up nice and early to watch the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games. Did you watch it? Wasn't it amazing!

I've been checking out some of the fabulous ideas, recipes, projects and tips from last week's Say G'day Saturday Linky Party. If you haven't checked out the amazing links from last week yet please just click here!
Here are a few of my favourite links:
Pernilla from Swedish Corner Down Under shared some pictures of her welcoming entrance in her home. I loved seeing this little slice of Sweden from a fellow Brisbane Blogger!
Brooke from the Intentional Momma recently travelled to Las Vegas with her family and shared some great recommendations about how to survive there with a little one!
Aleisha from She Calls Me "Mama Leisha" shared a sweet post about doing the laundry...not the trivial side of it all but the meaningful and poignant side of how she loves caring for her family.

Jess from Beach House Love shared her recipe for Brown Sugar Crumble Banana Muffins. I know what my kids will be getting in their lunch boxes this week! Thanks for the recipe Jess!
I really love this Polyvore set created by Stacie from Makeup Obsessed Mom. Those ballet flats would be perfect for our trip to Paris later in the year!
Finally, Randi from Dukes and Duchesses shared her post about a Vintage Wagon Restoration project. You did a great job Randi!

Thank you so much to every single one of my sweet bloggy friends who joined in with the Say G'Day Saturday Party. Please feel free to grab an
"I Was Featured" button!

I've also been busy planning a birthday party this week, a virtual party for a very sweet and dear bloggy friend to so many people. I'll give you a clue about who the birthday girl is....She loves roses and she loves pink!
That's right it's Beverly's birthday!
I hope you like this Yellow and Pink virtual party
I planned for your very special birthday!
