Welcome to this week's
Tuesday Tune post, a special one to wish all of my American friends a very Happy 4th Of July!
Even though we are not Americans we feel connected to America in so many ways. My husband spent a year in Ohio as an exchange student (
many years ago!) and since then he has loved America. I remember when he took us to visit his host family in Ohio a few years ago; I will never forget the warmth, love and hospitality we felt on that very cold winter's day! We have been over to the US many times since then, especially to visit my dearest friend T (who is more like a sister to me) and her sweet family. I miss you T and am praying we can come over and visit again next year! I hope you'll have us!
So, in honour of Independence Day, today's Tuesday Tune is the wonderful song
God Bless America sung by Celine Dion.
Happy 4th of July to all of my sweet and
wonderful American friends!
