Today I am having a 'Proud Mama Moment' and sharing some pictures of my kiddos. This year they are both leaders in the school; Madeleine is the Community Service Captian of the school and she is also the Amnesty leader and Alastair is a Grade 9 leader and charity leader for his house and he is also a leader for the Interschool Christian fellowship group.
I'm so flippin' proud of these two I could just burst!
Yep, I am one proud mama for sure!
These pictures are a very poignant reminder for me of how quickly our kids grow up. Before I know it they will be off on their own, leading their own lives, having their own adventures and creating new memories. I just hope that we have equipped them with the right tools to navigate the big world that lies ahead, the courage to chase their dreams, strength of character and the knowledge that their faith will always be stronger than their fears.

Aww that is so neat! Mine are still little but time is already seeming to fly by. It's so fun to watch them grow up and become their own unique person. Parenting is definitely a gift :)
ReplyDeleteYou are so right Sarah, parenting is indeed a gift! It's quite scary how quickly they grow up so treasure every second with yours.
