Friday Favorites, A Trip to Canberra, and Paris in 15 Seconds.

Happy Friday lovely friends. Welcome to this week's Friday Favorites post, the LAST one for September! Spring has sprung here in Australia and the Fall months are here for my friends in the North so it's a pretty exciting time of year for everyone. I've just had a lovely few days in Canberra with my daughter Madeleine and we enjoyed the beautiful Spring-time weather while soaking in all the beauty of the annual Floriade exhibition. I've never seen so many gorgeous flowers in one place!

We also visited Parliament House and watched our Parliamentarians arguing like children working. I think Madeleine might have her eye the Prime Minister's job so he'd better watch out!

I had such a great time with Madeleine and really enjoyed Canberra. I am sure she is going to love living there next year when she goes to university there. I will miss her but know that she is in a great part of the country.

Madeleine's future place of Employment perhaps?

I'm just catching up on my bloggy reading now and I can't wait to share just a few of the amazing projects, recipes, ideas and posts that I found at last week's link up. Thanks so much to everyone who linked up and participated in Project #SayGday. It makes me so happy when I see that people are saying g'day to each other.

the first one for September!

It's been another eventful week at our place and our family is so happy to be get ready to wrap up the final weeks of the school term! State testing is done and dusted for Madeleine and this week she is completing her exam week. We have all been helping her get through the week and I think these little treats might have given her a little extra push to do well.

There might have also even been a few glasses of wine throughout the week for me too!

It's so hard to believe that in just a couple of months my baby girl will be graduating, turning 18 and going to University!

If you have any advice on how I can get through these next few months please let me know! I think it's going to be a rough few months ahead...

Luckily I have my family, friends and the Say G'Day Linky Party to keep me distracted, inspired and happy!

I hope you have enjoyed linking up with +Joanne T Ferguson from What's on the List and me each week and that you have enjoyed meeting new bloggers from all over the world at our linky party! Thank you Joanne, for doing so much work to make this party bigger and better each week.!
