Can you believe that September is nearly over and that Halloween is next month! Before we know it will be Christmas! I'm in a Christmassy mood this week and posted some Modern-Country decorating ideas over at my Christmas blog. If you are in the Christmas spirit already please pop over and check out my latest post.

A Modern Country Christmas

Before we get on with this week's link up, I just want to give a quick shout out to the wonderful bloggers who are tweeting, tumbling, stumbling, pinning, liking and hitting the +1 button on Google+ about the Say G'day Party on their social media channels. I am also so appreciative of the folks who are helping us to #payitforward and are visiting 5 new bloggers each week and sharing THEIR posts on social media. You guys are amazing!

This week I'm also going to continue sharing your posts at my new Twitter account that I have set up just for my blog. I love twitter and using it to promote all of YOUR posts!

Follow me on Twitter!

That's why my Blogging Tip this week is a suggestion about the Shareaholic social share buttons that I have seen while visiting many of your blogs.

I've noticed that many bloggers, including myself, are using Shareaholic but many of you haven't added your own 'brand' or twitter name to Shareaholic.

This is such an easy thing to do if you just follow these quick instructions!

How to Add your own Twitter Handle to Shareaholic.

I love to share your posts on social media but it is often time consuming if I have to go and find your Twitter handle when tweeting about a post via Shareaholic. Shareaholic is an easy plugin to install and works on Blogger and Wordpress. What a lot of people don't know is that you can add your own Twitter handle to the Shareaholic plugin and therefore brand your tweets!

You just simply go into your settings, find "Share Buttons General Settings" and from there, you can edit your Twitter shares to point to your Twitter handle and include any message that you want. You can also make all Twitter shares say “by @Twitterhandle” or“via @Twitterhandle”.

See how easy it is to engage with some amazing new readers and get YOUR brand out there in Twitter land!

If you haven't signed up for Shareaholic yet there is a great tutorial by +Jelli B. at Jellibean Journals on how to set it up. Just click here to be taken straight to the post!

And, don't forget to follow me on Twitter!
